The TAMS Team is a dynamic, determined, and diverse team made up of a variety of streams, each equally forwarding this community’s mission.

At TAMS, we purposefully refer to our teams as the streams are intentional about flowing in and out of one another, coalescing into the ocean that it is the TAMS vision.

Inspiriration Stream

Inspiration stream seek to inspire! Through a variety of outreach projects, workshops and career insights day, the focus of this stream is to inspire the next generation of doctors and other healthcare professions.

Application stream

Application Stream is focused on the coaching of medical school applicants from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds. Activities of this stream include overseeing our 12-month coaching programme, Trained by TAMS, which has helped several students successfully secure medical school offers.

Cultivation stream

Cultivation Stream is focused cultivating the personal and professional development of current medical students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds through the provision of community and resources through our TAMS Scholar Programme.
